- Just getting off the ground after finishing their first project, the Developers Alliance needs teen programmers willing to be active and help out. -- Dav

- Mainly for game development, but still one of THE best programming resources available. Multitudes of articles, a large and deticated staff, and a huge community. Even if you don't develop games, it's worth looking at -cowsarenotevil
